Matthew 28:19

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit..."

We are to make disciples of all nations. God truly loves the whole world!

Deut 4:2, 9

Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the Lord your God that I give you.


Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them fade from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them.

God's commands are sacred - and it is important that i follow them.

Numbers 35:34

"Do not defile the land where you live and where I dwell, for I, the Lord, dwell among the Israelites."

As my body is the temple of the Holy spirit, i should not defile it in any way.

Numbers 33:55

"But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land, those you allow to remain will become barbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides. They will give you trouble in the land where you will live."

We have to remove all the things in us that causes us to sin.

Numbers 27:14

"...for when the community rebelled at the waters in the Desert of Zin, both of you disobeyed my command to honor me as holy before their eyes.” (These were the waters of Meribah Kadesh, in the Desert of Zin.)

It is a serious thing not to honour God and not to obey his commands.

Numbers 25:10-13

The Lord said to Moses, “Phinehas son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, the priest, has turned my anger away from the Israelites. Since he was as zealous for my honor among them as I am, I did not put an end to them in my zeal. Therefore tell him I am making my covenant of peace with him. He and his descendants will have a covenant of a lasting priesthood, because he was zealous for the honor of his God and made atonement for the Israelites.”

It pleases The Lord to be zealous for his honour.

Numbers 22:38

“Well, I have come to you now,” Balaam replied. “But I can’t say whatever I please. I must speak only what God puts in my mouth.”

I should only say and do what the Lord allows me to do.
